Montgenevre, on the edge of the superb Milky Way, offers superb skiing whilst the village itself still retains its charming and traditional village centre. Montgenevre is just 15 minutes from the Italian border and Claviere, the Grand Galaxy lift pass extension covers the famous Franco-Italian Milky Way ski circuit with over 400km of piste as well as a day’s skiing in Serre Chevalier, Les 2 Alpes, Alpe d’Huez and Puy St Vincent. In addition, Montgenevre plays host to a festival in January “Les Januades”. During the 3 weeks, there is jazz, cinema, theatre and cabarets every evening.
