Kirchberg Description

The Kirchberg ski resort is only 6km from the larger resort of Kitzbuhel. The village is generally very busy, populated mainly by young Germans, Brits and Scandinavians wanting to sap the village of its wild and exciting nightlife. The two resorts offer a total of 165km of skiing run, centered mainly around the Hahnenkamm and Kitzbuheler Horn. The resort features 60 lifts and 70 slopes which cater mostly for beginners and early intermediates. Snowboarders are also well catered for with an excellent specialised boarding park, as well as a halfpipe. The resort offers a very attractive Apres ski scene, most popular for its wild bars and clubs. There is also a selection of shops and an extensive range of restaurants available.
